Facility Rental

In addition to the church, we’ve great spaces available to rent including our church hall and the vestry room. They are fully accessible and complete with kitchen amenities and open to the public for rentals (parishioners and non-parishioners).

The hall can accommodate up to 250 with non-fixed seating and 160 seated at tables. The vestry is a good space for 25 to 30 people.

I /We hereby declare that the answers and declarations above, whether in my own hand or not, are true and that I /we warrant that no material fact has been withheld or misstated and agree that this proposal will form the basis of the rental agreement. I /we understand that the renter may declare any agreement issued void in the event of any false statement, misrepresentation, omission or concealment whether made intentionally, innocently or accidentally. I/we understand this is an application only and does not constitute an agreement. Quotations will be based upon the information provided and applicant warrants information provided. I/we understand and agree the renter can decline any application, with or without cause or explanation, and is under no obligation to provide a quote.

Can we serve alcohol?

Prior notice must be given and a liquor license provided.

Is the kitchen available?

The kitchen is available for a fee(s) to be discussed at the time of booking.

Are kitchen accessories (table linens, centrepieces, tableware, etc.) available?

Yes, they are available but requirements need to be discussed at the time of booking.

Is catering available?

Catering is not offered by the church but can be arranged by the renter.

Is cleanup included?

The space rented should be left in the condition it is found unless prior arrangements have been made with the church.

Is a damage deposit required?

It is included in the rental fee.

Is insurance required?

If your rental includes physical activities third-party rental insurance is required.
